Established in 2021.
New Dawn Consulting was founded by Dawn Beck in 2021 with the aim to support and guide individuals, teams and organizations in creating cultures where authenticity, inclusiveness, individuality and talent optimization are the norm. Driven by the organization’s motto of “One goal. One Passion. Shine.” Dawn leverages her personal, professional and lived experiences to foster excellence. Since 2007, Dawn has supported and trained numerous teams and leaders on the practical application of talent and strengths development as a foundation for organizational success. Dawn is known for her expertise in transforming individuals and teams via strengths-based leadership, employee engagement, and courageous problem-solving. Dawn implements asset-based approaches in a wide variety of business sectors. As a certified Thera Rising Associate, she coaches individuals to recognize, value, and enhance workplace relationships.
